Paolo Bravi has worked as a D.o.P., cinematographer and cameraman since 1990, both on film and digital video. Among his featured movies as a Director of Photography, "The Protagonists" by L. Guadagnino, "Ballo a Tre Passi" by S. Mereu and "Tartarughe sul dorso (Turtles on their back)" by S. Pasetto. He worked also on commercials and documentary films. He teaches Shooting and Video Tecniques since 1993 and he presently holds a 2-years course on Digital Video Shooting at I.E.D. ( Design European Institute) in Rome.

Iris Manca has been working as theatre director, dramaturg and expert of Chinese contemporary theatre since 1995. Photography has always been part of her life and in 1999 she approached cinema as assistant director of Ning Ying in the feature film "I love Beijing". Since then she has integrated the language of theatre with the visual language of photography and video, by directing, shooting and editing various short films in Italy, Germany and China. Her most recent work (in progress) is as second camera operator, assistant editor and executive producer in "Nobody excluded" (working title), a documentary film by Caterina Congia on the transformation of discrimination in India.
