HDEYES – video planning, shooting, editing
HDEYES it’s an innovative video team, working on standard and high definition video formats, and specialised on social and documentary footage.
HDEYES provides special services for ngo’s, associations, and social organisations.
HDEYES is based in Italy, and shoots mainly on Sony XDCAMÂ© and ProRes 422HQ HD format.
HDEYES is also a training facility, providing dedicated courses on different aspects of filmaking.
Paolo Bravi has worked as a D.o.P., cinematographer and cameraman since 1990, both on film and digital video. Among his featured movies as a Director of Photography, “The Protagonists” by L. Guadagnino, “Ballo a Tre Passi” by S. Mereu and “Tartarughe sul dorso (Turtles on their back)” by S. Pasetto.
He worked also on commercials and documentary films. He also co-directed the documentary film “Voci nel Deserto”.
He teaches Shooting and Video Techniques since 1993 and he presently holds a 3-years course on Digital Video Shooting at I.E.D. ( Design European Institute), and a one-year course in Cinematography at Griffith Film and Television Academy, both in Rome.
Iris Manca sinologist, film&video maker, director, dramaturg and author (Beijing and Chicago). Since 1991 she has been working integrating the language of theatre with the visual language of photography and video.
Assistant director of Ning Ying in the feature film “I love Beijing” (PRC 1999), some of her short films include: “Migrations”, Italy 2007; “Trilogy/Shanghai”, PRC 2007; “Guthof rockt”, Germany 2007; “Material dialogue”, Italy 2008.
Dramaturg in â€œDas Land des Laechelnsâ€ for Linz European Capital of Culture 2009.
Executive producer, second camera operator, editor assistant in the documentary film “Nobody Excluded” by Caterina Congia (2011).
